My interest in wellness began in the late 1980s while studying at the University of Guelph and working in the natural health field.  FR more than 30 years, I have been supporting individuals and families in their pursuit of better health through Integrative Homeopathic practices.

The path back to lasting wellness is influenced by many factors, including nutrition, sleep, movement, stress and our environment.  As a professional Homeopath, I incorporate complementary approaches such as organotherapy, gemmotherapy, and detoxification and drainage protocols, together with lifestyle and nutritional guidance in support of the body's natural ability to respond, and to heal.

Today, I am proud to be a member of the Bayside Wellness team, providing homeopathic care to clients throughout the South Georgian Bay region and beyond through both in-person and virtual consultations for Canadians. I consider it a privilege to partner with my clients as we explore the underlying patterns affecting their health and work together toward meaningful and lasting change.

I have called the Collingwood, Ontario area home since 1991 and live locally with my 2 dogs.  I'm the proud Mom of three young adults, who are some of the kindest people I know.  I have a sister business called The Way of Moss & Stone, where I support women through community circles and gatherings that include meditation, drumming, creative activities and breathwork.  In my free time you might find me hiking local trails, kayaking, playing the drums, or volunteering with Hospice. And truly, at the end of each day I am grateful for what, and who, I have in my life and feel incredibly fortunate that my life's work is also what nourishes my soul.

It's my strong belief that true health is not just the absence of dis-ease but a state of being that is able to respond to the challenges of life while still being able to live and love fully and to find meaning and purpose along the way.
